How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver services, configure client workflows, provide support, secure systems, maintain records, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and data location
Approved services may use hosting, communications, AI, voice, analytics, document, signing, payment, or support providers. Some providers may process information outside Canada. Provider choices, data location, retention, and client-specific restrictions must be confirmed in writing when they are material to an engagement.
Safeguards and access
Safeguards are selected according to the sensitivity of the information and the service scope. They may include access controls, encryption where supported, credential protection, logging, monitoring, environment separation, and documented removal of delegated access.
Cookies and analytics
This website offers optional Google Analytics using measurement ID G-X2158YHTH9. The analytics tag loads only after you allow analytics through the on-site choice. Google Analytics may process device, browser, page, referral, approximate location, and interaction information to help us understand website use. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization are disabled in the site configuration.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can review or change it at any time using "analytics choices" in the footer. Declining analytics does not limit access to the website.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the identified purpose, security, support, contractual obligations, or applicable law. Deletion and export requests remain subject to legal, contractual, backup, security, and technical limits.
Your choices
You may ask about personal information under our control, request correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a concern. Requests are assessed under applicable law and any governing client agreement.
