Legal entity and acceptance
sturdycore™ is a proprietary platform owned and operated by SturdyCloud IT Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Website information
Website descriptions, demonstrations, feature examples, roadmaps, and timing estimates are preliminary. They do not promise that a specific feature, integration, security control, data location, or result is available until it is confirmed in writing for the applicable engagement.
Paid services
Scope, fees, timelines, responsibilities, support, data handling, deliverables, ownership, licence rights, and termination terms must be set out in a signed proposal, order form, statement of work, or other written agreement. That agreement takes priority if it conflicts with these website terms.
Ownership and the platform
SturdyCloud IT Ltd. owns sturdycore™, its reusable platform components, methods, website, and brand, subject to third-party rights. Ownership and licence rights for client-specific work are defined in the signed client agreement.
"We Build. You Own. We Manage." describes the intended commercial relationship. It does not change or replace the ownership, licence, payment, support, or exit terms in a signed agreement.
Platform licence, updates, and scale
The intended sturdycore™ commercial model uses a one-time platform cost for a perpetual licence to run the last deployed version of the base platform for the client's own business operations. The platform cannot be separately resold, sublicensed, or offered as a standalone commercial product.
Platform updates are included while the business remains an active SturdyCloud customer under its service agreement. After the relationship ends, the client may continue using the last deployed version indefinitely, but updates, hosting, monitoring, maintenance, security work, and support are excluded unless separately agreed. Third-party products and services remain subject to their own terms and fees.
sturdycore™ does not charge per-user licence fees. A deployment may use physical hardware, a cloud environment, or both. Practical user capacity depends on the selected infrastructure, workload, integrations, and performance requirements. Hardware or cloud processing capacity can be increased as the business chooses to scale.
Acceptable use
